Coupling is the element that transfers the rotational movement produced in a power source (motor, etc.) to another system (reducer, machine, pump, conveyor belt, etc.). Next to the coupling rotational movement;

• It should not transmit possible knocks to the power source (engine, etc.)

• It should act as a fuse by protecting the engine or other elements by breaking in overload situations.
